1977 MG B

hi, my name is leon hankins. i am a member of the hoosier mg club and i have a 1977 green mgb with 12,900 original miles for sale. due to my health and physical expansion i am no longer able to get in or out of my favorite car and feel i must sell her so that someone else can benefit from driving her.  the engine was overhauled three years ago and it was beefed up with high compression pistons and a racing cam. i am not sure of the lift and duration of the cam as i did not perform the work. i purchased the car from the individual who did the work, but i have driven the car all over the southern end of indiana and can assure the next owner she is a driver! the exterior is green, forest green i think, and the interior is black.there are no major dents or tears in the interior.  all the emission controls have been removed and a zenith downdraft carb sits on the intake manifold with a header and 2 1/2" exhaust out the back. the top does have two little places on it that i had to silicone but are hardly noticeable and the top is nearly new. the tires on it are in great condition as are the disc wheels. i can send pictures if someone is interested in the car. i am asking $7,700.00 for the car as it is very young in milage and has been in the garage more than on the street. i know this car would make a great driver for someone and am sad i have to let her go. if you know of anyone interested my email address is sniknah4567@yahoo.com.
